REFUNDS & Reschedules

REFUNDS & RESCHEDULES

All course deposits and tuition payments are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued and all scheduled payments must be paid on a timely basis.

 

Rescheduling

 

If you are rescheduling due to illness, such as emergency surgery or hospitalization, or a death in your immediate family (spouse, parents, children, siblings), a $75 administrative fee will apply when proper documentation providing evidence to the event is provided. And you are allowed 6 months to reschedule.

If you are rescheduling due to severe weather conditions in which local or state authorities declare roads to be unsafe for travel shall an administrative fee be waived. If you choose to cancel your class and not reschedule, classes cancelled will not receive a refund. If you are rescheduling for any other reasons please reach out to MUSEskyn directly!

 

I understand and agree that my class fees are non refundable after initial deposit. 

 

 

I understand and agree that my deposit for training is non refundable.

 

 

I understand and agree that if I am unable to attend the class (including due to travel or health issues), I am not eligible for a refund. I may reschedule to another date and/or location if notice is given at least 72 hours prior to the class.

 

I understand and agree that the MUSEskyn INC Training Manual is for personal use only and legal action will be taken against anyone who copies and/or publishes any material from the MUSEskyn INC Training Manual.

Missed Appointments /Deposit Forfeiture 
If you are scheduled for a specific date and time please try your very best to uphold your appointment. A $75.00 deposit is mandatory to book an appointment with MUSEskyn. However, if your appointment is missed your deposit will be forfeited. When scheduling a new appointment a new deposit must be made. 

Booking Policy:
A credit card must be on file to hold all appointments, as well as a $75.00 deposit. We strongly suggest pre-booking any fills after your service before leaving the spa to ensure you are able to get an appointment at the time and date needed so that you avoid any additional fees for retention loss/grown out lashes.


New Client Policy:
We ask that new clients arrive 15 minutes prior to their service to fill out the necessary paperwork and get settled. If you do not arrive 15 minutes before your service, the time it takes to fill out paperwork will be deducted from your total service time. Please keep in mind our lash specialists may have other appointments after yours. We will always do our best to accommodate you.

Late Policy:
If you are running late to an appointment we ask that you call us to let us know, otherwise we will assume you will not be showing up and may release the appointment. If you are less than 15 minutes late we will try our best to make your lashes as full as possible in the time allotted. You will still be charged full price. If you are more than 15 minutes late we will try our best to accommodate you but reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if we are unable to. Please keep in mind we will always do our best to accommodate your session.

Cancellation Policy:
Here at MUSEskyn/ Studio Muse we understand unforeseen events happen and you may need to cancel an appointment. We ask that you give us 24 hours notice so we can adjust our schedule to accommodate other clients and inform our service provider. In the event 24 hours notice is not given we will try our best to re-book the appointment time. If we are unable to fill the time slot we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee to the credit card on file totaling 50% of the session. 

No Show Policy:
We reserve the right to charge a no show fee to the credit card on file totaling 100% of the service to those who do not show up to an appointment. After 2 no shows you will not be able to book an appointment unless it is paid in full at time of booking. Absolutely no refunds.


Children Policy:
Please, no children in the treatment rooms/ treatment space . Eyelash extensions take a lot of concentration and we ask that there are no distractions in the room. Please have a care provider accompany children under 12 in the lobby, unfortunately we are unable to watch children for you and will not be held responsible. We reserve the right to cancel/reschedule an appointment in the event children are present and unsupervised in which case our cancellation policy may take effect.

Cell Phone Policy:
We ask that all cell phones are tuned off or on silent in the treatment rooms. If you are receiving a lash session we ask that you do not open your eyes to check devices until after your session is complete being that our lash specialists are using tweezers, adhesive and other items near the delicate eye area and this takes time away from your service and may irritate eyes during and/or after your session.

Approval of Appointment: 
When booking with MUSEskyn your appointment is not solidified until approved by MUSEskyn. Once approved you will receive a confirmation email and text.
 

Foreign Fill Policy: 
When booking an appointment with MUSEskyn please keep in mind that we do not work over other lash technicians work for various reasons. Mixing adhesives can cause an allergic reaction as well as mixing different lash patterns and fibers. We recommend booking a lash removal then a lash set that you desire.

​Makeup / Lash Bath Policy:
Please thoroughly remove all makeup before coming to your lash session. Eyes must be clean and oil free upon arrival otherwise we will charge a $15 makeup removal fee and the time spent thoroughly removing your makeup will be deducted from your session and you will still pay the full price. We are unable to properly adhere semi-permanent lash extensions on lashes that have makeup/residue buildup and in more serious cases, it can lead to irritation and infection.

Order processing, delivery and shipping, & handling charges

 

All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day.

 

Standard orders

Standard shipping on all US orders. Orders will be processed in 1-3 business days if your order is received by 2:00 pm EST, depending on product availability. Orders received after 2:00 pm EST will be processed on the next business day.

 

USPS : estimated delivery time 1-3 business days. Due to Covid -19 delivery times are subject to change and delivery delays may occur at no fault to MUSEskyn .

All shipping rates are determined by courier, and not by

MUSEskyn

Order total amount is in US dollars, and international customers may have to pay exchange rate difference and customs fees.

NEXT DAY SHIPPING

If you select overnight shipping please keep in mind all orders after 12pm EST are subject to carrier cut off and pick up times. Assume if your order is placed after 12pm EST that it'll be shipped out the next business day for overnight. Overnight is only available Monday-Friday. We cannot guarantee overnight shipping as delivery is subject to the carrier and their processing times. 

 

 

International

Shipping averages 3 to 21 days. Delivery time may vary depending on the country and the shipping carrier you select at checkout.

 

DHL express : estimated delivery time 3-5 business days

 

USPS :estimated delivery time 7-21 business days

 

 

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct, as we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses or unclaimed. It is not possible to re-route a package once it has been shipped. If your package is returned due to incorrect address, we can arrange a redelivery. However, a re-delivery fee will be charged

 

 

Estimated Delivery Dates

We do our best to give you the most accurate delivery time for your packages. For the most up-to-date delivery information once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information included in your shipping confirmation email. Please track your shipments, as MUSEskyn is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

Note: estimated delivery dates apply to in-stock items only and may not be available depending on shipment details. Delivery of out-of-stock items is subject to availability.

 

 

Product Availability

We make every effort to try and ensure that all of the merchandise we feature is in stock. In the event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the rest of the items in your order and send you an email indicating that one of your selected items is out of stock. You will be fully refunded for the out of stock item. We will not ship the item when it is back in stock, as we do not have a backorder system.

 

 

Read Our Product Instructions:

Prior to using our products, please ensure that you have read and understand all the directions on the product label and on our website, so that you will be able to apply the product correctly.

 

Product Damage in Shipment or Defective:

If the item you receive is damaged in shipment or defective, you MUST contact us within 24 hours of receipt to initiate a return.

 

 

MUSEskyn is not responsible for any lost/ stolen orders.
